What Our Families Say
We could fill several websites telling you about our supportive, purpose-built design, personalized life-enrichment programs, and exceptional care and services … but, while remarkable and unique, those are merely the ingredients we use to create the real magic of Bridges® – the magic that is shown on the faces of our residents and felt in the hearts of their families.
OUTSTANDING CARE
My husband and I would like to sincerely thank the staff of Bridges who took outstanding care of my mom during her stay there. We always felt at ease of how the staff shared with us about how my mom was doing. She was very appreciative with the loving care she received.

EXEMPLARY DURING COVID-19
I want to share how personally and professionally I am impressed with the ethical and moral actions taken by admin at Bridges in putting care first vs. corporate image. I have a very enhanced respect for your organization as a result and wish to congratulate you all on your commitment to true quality care. Bridges has been exemplary in the field.

HELPFUL SEMINAR
Please let Alicia know that all her presentations are so terrific – but the one today was exceptional for me. I had no idea that my husband is now experiencing “sundowning” – very mildly, but so indicators she spoke of hit the nail on the head!!! I can’t thank all of you enough for this excellent series. You have lightened my load, as a caregiver, SO MUCH!
My thanks to all of you working at Bridges for your gift of caring. I wish there were more people like you taking responsible, loving care of all our loved ones in this country suffering from dementia. What a gift you have been to me and my husband!

HELPFUL SEMINAR
Your presenter, Ms. Seaver was wonderful! I appreciated her expertise in the field and her abilities as a presenter. She was so knowledgeable, organized, timely and very helpful. Ms. Seaver was great at keeping the pace of the workshop and that was very much appreciated. The workshop exceeded my expectations. Her tips and tricks are things that my family can begin implementing right away! The seminar was so well done and very helpful.

WARM & CARING SUPPORT
I can’t say enough good things about Bridges! They are attentive and fabulous. While my loved one is not a resident (I wish she was!), the staff that I have been in contact with has been amazing. Learning about dementia has been new for me, and the support group, many email check ins and Zoom sessions during this difficult pandemic have been reassuring. I asked for advice on how to better help my mom and I received warm and caring support. Sarah is a wonderful person and so knowledgeable in the field of dementia.

COMPASSIONATE CARE
When my dad was in practice, and even well after he retired, it never ceased to surprise me how many people recognized him and would stop to talk about what a wonderful pediatrician he had been to them or to their children. The words people used most often to describe him were kind, caring, gentle, and warm. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that in his time of need Dad received the same kind of compassionate care that he himself once gave so freely. Not being able to be by his side when he was ill was difficult for me, but knowing that he was surrounded by people who obviously deeply cared for him and for his well-being eased my pain.
We appreciate you, and wish you the best as you continue your work during this difficult time.
