The Bridges® approach is based on dementia care best practices and is entirely focused on promoting quality of life for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
In partnership with McLean, a nationally recognized teaching and research hospital that has the charitable mission of improving patient care, provides our Bridges by EPOCH caregiver teams ongoing geriatric mental health education to promote a safe and engaging environment for our residents.
All of our Bridges® residents have access to 24/7 telehealth services through Tembo Health. This lets residents attend virtual appointments as needed without leaving the community.
