The life enrichment team at Bridges® by EPOCH at Mashpee gets to know our residents personally – exploring their life stories, discovering their likes and dislikes, uncovering passions and treasured memories. Using best practices for memory care, we provide a full, meaningful experience through engagement that is tailored for the unique needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. At Bridges® by EPOCH, our life enrichment team promotes dignity and fulfillment in daily life for our residents.
Bridges® by EPOCH partners with McLean, a nationally recognized teaching and research hospital with a charitable mission to improve patient care. Through this partnership, our caregiver teams receive ongoing geriatric mental health education to promote a safe and engaging environment for our residents.
All of our Bridges® residents have access to 24/7 telehealth services through Tembo Health. This lets residents attend virtual appointments as needed without leaving the community.
